Recently, media outlets like Yahoo Finance and Solar Builder Magazine have highlighted our partnership with Maxeon Solar Technologies. We are honored to be a Maxeon Preferred Partner, which qualifies us to offer the maximum available warranty and emphasizes our expertise and skill in the solar industry. With over 12 years of experience selling Maxeon (or Sunpower) solar panels, we can attest to their superior performance and quality, and we look forward to seeing Maxeon continue to transform the solar industry.
Our Maxeon Installations
We take pride in offering our customers only premium solar panels. Maxeon solar panels represent the highest quality, providing an industry-leading 22.8% efficiency, thoroughly tested long-term durability, and a sleek aesthetically pleasing design. These exceptional features are why Maxeon panels have seen remarkable success with our installations.
“When our customers repeatedly tell us how much they love their solar system, they are also generating significant word-of-mouth referrals that have been a major business driver for us,” Solaris VP Brian Sadler says. “Additionally, the fact that we’ve never had to replace a Maxeon panel in the field gives us and our customers unparalleled peace of mind.”

Maxeon Solar Manufacturing Plant Coming to New Mexico
Singapore-based Maxeon is known for manufacturing their products in Mexico, Malaysia, and the Philippines while other solar companies such as SunPower once manufactured in the U.S. However, after pressures increased from competitors, SunPower has since relocated its production facilities.
Now, Maxeon is considering moving its product manufacturing into the United States. A 3-GW solar manufacturing facility in New Mexico is in the works. The 1.9 million square foot plant would be the first large-scale PV cell and panel manufacturer in New Mexico and the largest silicon solar panel manufacturing facility in the U.S.
These panels would also be made with TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) PV-silicon cell technology, a new solar technology currently in development. This trending new process is theorized to have higher efficiency ratings, reaching up to 25%. TOPCon is expected to become the new standard for crystalline silicon solar panels, with Maxeon ahead in delivering high-performing products to customers.
This move would allow Maxeon solar panels to be produced domestically. With domestic manufacturing, Maxeon is eligible for funding from Congress following the Inflation Reduction Act (The IRA). The IRA provides these incentives to encourage a clean energy economy efficiently.
Having a plant within the U.S. would also allow for more timely replacements in the rare case that a panel stops producing power. This would eliminate the delays associated with international shipping, thus streamlining the process, and ensuring that you’ll always have enough power for your home.
Maxeon’s Cutting-Edge Technology
Maxeon Solar Technologies has a rich history in the solar production industry, producing high-efficiency panels for the past 20 years. Originally a subsidiary of the corporation SunPower, the company became independent in 2020. Maxeon continues to revolutionize solar by improving the groundbreaking design and innovative technology of its panels.
This premium performance has been proven repeatedly: Maxeon’s panels were recognized as a Top Performer in the 2022 PVEL PV Module Reliability Scorecard and have exhibited the lowest degradation rates of any panels in the industry.
